please stop and think we pay you to make our coffee so please do so and do it right I think Tim Hortons needs to stop and start giving better service when I order a plain donut thats what I want I dont want one with sugar on it when I ask for a double double then thats what I want I dont want a black or any other thing I dont want to get down the road and then see my order is wrong and when I BRING IT BACK I DONT WANT TO BE YELLED AT when you are the one that messed up
the way the staff treat the cust. is not right all they do is yell at us because they dont understand what we want there is one lady always on the one cash that pick her nose and dose not wash her hands i will never order from this store again the cust. service is so bad that i know alot of my friends will not go to your store your business is only as good as your customers
they can not make the coffe right when u order a 3 x3 the give u a 1 x 1 the staff is always yelling at people in the own lang. so we dont know what they are saying the bathrooms stink and not washed much the tables always dirty over all the worst tim hortons i have ever been to
they do not know how to make anything they always mess your order up
